The villa is situated on a lush 2.5-acre tropical reserve above the warm turquoise waters of Manuel Antonio Bay.
The Rooftop Deck: This breathtaking area sits at the top of our luxury villa. You get a 180-degree panoramic view of the spectacular Manuel Antonio isthmus, the emerald green bay, and a lush rainforest teeming with wildlife. Because this space is covered, you can sit back and enjoy our warm Costa Rican rain showers.
The Events Terrace: Located one floor below The Rooftop Deck, the events terrace offers fantastic views and gives you both a sense of the ecosystem and the rainforest, as well as a commanding view of the sea. This terrace was constructed used locally-sourced teak wood and natural rose sandstone. A full kitchen and a full-service bar adjoin the Events Terrace, making for easy access to the ballroom for entertaining.
The Ballroom: For destination weddings in Costa Rica, you can’t do better than the views from this expansive, double-height space. From the inlaid teak floor to two-story operable sliding windows, you’ll be swept away by the elegance and romance that only the ballroom brings to a gathering. With direct access to our peaceful pool and pool lounge, the ballroom truly has it all, and it can be the picture-perfect setting for up to 100 people.
The Pool Deck: For water lovers, this villa offers both The Pool Deck and access to the nearby beach.

From the moment you arrive, you are in good hands! The villa’s estate manager is also your butler/bartender and on-site concierge for the duration of your stay.
